Germaphobic

What have you touched with your hands today?

Open a door for someone today? Or maybe yourself? Get into a car? Drive? Push a shopping cart? Pet your dog? Sneezed into your hands? Shook someone’s hand? Talked on the phone? Dropped something on the floor and picked it up? Wiped your forehead because of sweat? Played a sport? Picked your nose?-Hope not. ;)

And then what? Did you go eat at a restaurant? Did you go to a Drive-Thru? Did you sample some food in Publix or Walmart after pushing your cart. Did you forget to use the paper towel to open the bathroom door? Did you touch your face? Did you wipe your hand on something? Did you touch another object?

Germs live everywhere. You can find germs in the air, on food, plants and animals, in the soil, in the water, and on just about every other surface — including your own body.

When germs go down the drain, they can’t make anyone sick.

I may be a Germaphobe, but I also have common sense. Next time you want to eat, touch your face, touch a door handle, an object… Think about the germs that you’re spreading. They’re most likely going to be applied to your food or your face. WASH YOUR HANDS!
